Abstract: The introduction part of the article deals in detail with the improvement of conduct of judicial proceedings in the order of surveillance during the period of reforming of judicial system. In the basic part questions of essence and the role of conducting business in a supervising order are considered. In the conclusion the author comes to opinion that it is necessary to improve questions in business management in a supervising order in a direction of protection of human rights.
