Abstract: The scientific approaches of specialists to the classification of factors of enterprise competitiveness are analyzed. Based on the classification of factors proposed by M. Porter, all factors affecting competitiveness are divided into two large groups: external and internal. The authors focus on the factors of competitiveness of tourism services related to the quality of tourist services. Attention is drawn to the need to implement the standards of the ISO 9000 series.
