Abstract: This article discusses the activities of Usman Yusupov, who was a Soviet state and party leader, the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of 1937-1950 of Uzbekistan, characterizing the heroic feat of the people of Uzbekistan during the Second World War, his activity in mobilizing forces to defeat the enemy. The materials published in the articles characterize Usman Yusupov as an ardent patriot, a talented agitator, a fiery tribune of the party, who managed to convey a patriotic appeal to the hearts of every citizen of the republic.
