Abstract: A solution to the problem of safety of persons prone to hypertension and asthma is proposed. A special salt mixture has been developed. The salt mixture consists of the following components, wt. %: sodium chloride in the form of rapidly dissolving flaked table salt - 30-40; dry prunes, crushed to a pulverized state - 45-50; dry fruits of black elderberry, crushed to a dusty state - 5-10; dry buckthorn bark, crushed to a pulverized state - 10. The proposed salt mixture has a reduced content of sodium chloride. Moreover, its salinity is identical to that of ordinary table salt. Does not cake during the year. Contains special herbal ingredients that normalize blood pressure and have antiasmatic properties. It is intended for use instead of ordinary table salt for the prevention of hypertension and asthma. Recommended for therapeutic nutrition of hypertensive patients with asthmatic symptoms.
