Abstract: The paper describes the structure and types of pedagogical conflicts, the prerequisites for their occurrence; the features of pedagogical conflicts, as well as the specifics of their settlement. In order to settle a conflict you must choose a strategy of behavior in it. Understanding the causes of conflicts and the successful use of mechanisms to arrange them are possible only if future teachers have knowledge, skills and appropriate personal qualities.
