Abstract: The recreational transformation of the spatial intensity gradient of the phytogenic field of arboreal relict species of the humid subtropics of Russia at acceptable stages of recreational digression is analyzed. It was determined that the magnitude of the intensity of the phytogenic field, depending on the stage of recreational digression, the activity of the field zones and the relict edificator species, can characterize the degree of resistance to the recreational factor and the stability of single-species forest communities.
