Abstract: In the Republic of Uzbekistan, great importance is given to the public procurement system. Every year, changes are made to the legislation, which further simplifies the process of procurement procedures, and a mechanism is created that makes it possible to track the expenditure of budget funds. The subject of the study is one of the types of procurement procedures - an auction. The purpose of the study is to identify problems, as well as to propose ways to solve the identified shortcomings. Object of study: Department of the Treasury for the city of Tashkent, Mirabad district.
