Abstract: Improving technology, increasing human capital and promoting universities affect the development of any country. The university as a center of socialization and knowledge exchange is subject to such transformational processes that can negatively affect the process of value orientations acquired by students. The ongoing catastrophic changes that are possible in the future are presented in different positions, and the expected forecasts depend on the further promotion of the proposed innovative projects for the transformation of higher education. How this will serve the interests of society and teachers remains an open discussion question.
