Abstract: The article discusses the problems of transferring agricultural lands into private ownership, identifies the reasons and determines the main ways of transferring them into private ownership. The article also discusses in a staged form certain issues of the methodology and methodology for certification of agricultural land plots, defines and substantiates the object, principles of certification, methodological sequence of implementation, use of its results, and proposes a form of passport for a land plot.
