Abstract: Today, the potential of digital economy and blockchain technologies is extremely promising. By the Decree of the President of the country as of September 2, 2018, the activity of companies in the field of crypto-active and blockchain technologies was launched. In addition, these technologies are being introduced to the public sector on the basis of public-private partnerships. Implementation of the most promising and strategically important projects for the development of the digital economy, as well as the development and implementation of blockchain technologies is one of the topical issues of today.
