Abstract: This article presents the results of diagnosing the emotional state of a teacher and a student, describes the stages of training a teacher’s mental self-regulation, provides results on studying the effectiveness of a comprehensive correction of a teacher’s emotionally sensitive state, and describes training in the flexibility of emotional response.
