Abstract: In the course of the study of the article on the regulation of social rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan to improve the quality of life of citizens of retirement age of the country, the Constitution considers the tasks that ensure freedom and wealth. Since human rights are recognized by Kazakhstan and the international community as a fundamental value, Kazakhstan sets the task of fulfilling the functions of a social state as a prerequisite. In this article, since the first days of independence, the democratic institutions of our country's society have been recognized and the social views of citizens have been considered. In addition, this article highlighted the economic, demographic, social and other problems of pension reforms that prevent the normal functioning of the pension system.
