Abstract: The article discusses various interpretations of the concept of the result of the activities of a forensic examination, including goals, research conditions, determining the outcome of the activity, as well as properties of objects investigated by special methods and means in order to obtain information that is transformed into information necessary for the investigation or court. A significant factor in the result of the activity of judicial examination is presented in the article the concept of an established fact with the help of special expert knowledge and his research of materials and circumstances of the expert case.
Key words: legal proceedings, investigation, construction and technical expertise, the role of the nature and interrelation of the sets of results, the cause effect relationship of the arisen defects of the object, the combination of results, models of the mechanism of events.
