Abstract: Milk is rich in over 150 nutrients and vitamins that the human body needs. Milk is the only food for a growing young body that contains all the necessary nutrients [1, 2, 3, and 4]. The world produces 850 million tons of milk. Currently, more than 2,080,000 tons of milk is produced in the Republic of Azerbaijan, of which 2,040,000 tons is cow's milk, and 40,000 tons is milk from other animals [6].
