Abstract: At the present stage of development of the Kyrgyz state, the successful performance of the functions of criminal justice is largely associated with the level of use of evidence in the investigation of crimes. One of the most effective means of obtaining and collecting information relevant to the case is forensic examination. The quality of the preliminary and judicial investigation is largely determined by the effectiveness of the use of special knowledge in criminal proceedings.
