Abstract: The article describes a method for constructing a neural network as a control model. This method allows the researcher to significantly reduce the time resources for building a neural network management model with the minimal error of the neural network, if possible. An example of the implementation of the method is presented, as a set of four procedures for constructing a neural network with the minimum possible resulting error.
