Pages: 259-263 Published: 30.05.2018 Abstract: The article presents an overview of the theoretical discussion on the status of an international treaty as a source of Collision Law. Legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic directly calls the international treaty a source of regulation of private legal relations complicated by a foreign element. The author comes to the conclusion that the international treaty is an independent source of Collision Law, along with domestic legislation, international customs of business turnover.
