Abstract: The translation of Ibn Battuta’s “The Journey” into Uzbek is the achievement of science. Nowadays it plays a decisive role in solving several problems connected with historical, cultural and social issues. In this book of the Moroccan tourist he describes the culture, customs and traditions of different peoples. Ibn Battuta spoke in detail about the life and lifestyle of the Turkic peoples living in Central Asia.
