Abstract: The article discusses the results of a study of the dynamics of the development of flexibility in cadets engaded in hand-to-hand combat(hereinafter referred to as RB.) under the conditions of the traditional and experimental version of training sessions. It has been established that through the development and systematic use of sets of exercises for the development of flexibility, it is possible to effectively improve and expand the range of mobility of charters or range of motion even in later age periods.
