Abstract: In this article analyzes the policy antinarodnja Bakiev during his governance. K. Bakiev, has not fulfilled his campaign promises-go for constitutional reforms. Led antinarodnuju illiterate economic, social and foreign policy. He sold the highly profitable, income-generating industrial enterprises for a song. In the Republic the energy crisis erupted were concluded with foreign companies at a disadvantage for the country. Due to inept economic policies formed a huge budget deficit. Increased tariffs on utilities, energy and telecommunicationsDecreased the standard of living of the people. Due to the competent foreign policy, Kyrgyzstan has remained isolated in the international system.
