Abstract: In this article examines the features of the democratic development of modern Kyrgyzstan. Modern democratic institutions and political forms, being established in the system of socio-economic relations, transform traditional institutions and relations. Currently, there is a fusion of these elements, a peculiar combination of modern and traditional elements, with a stable tendency to replace the latter with the former, which determines the real, concrete content of all modern state, political and legal forms and processes in Kyrgyzstan.
