Abstract: It is given opinions about The units which make up the lexical layer of Uzbek religious texts andtheir semantic groupings, methodological characterization in this article. Spiritual formation of vocabulary units under the sign of religion in Uzbek texts has been analyzed in terms of meaningfully and methodologically. It is also shown specifics of religious method on this basis.
