Abstract: Anthropogenic air pollution leads to an increase in diseases in both the child population and the adult population. In particular, respiratory diseases and cardiovascular diseases are associated with air pollution. At present, industrial cities where more than 50% of the population can be referred as ecologically dangerous zones, since the content of pollutants in their atmosphere significantly exceeds the maximum permissible concentrations.

Key words: air pollution, incidence, pollutant content, city population.
