Abstract: A solution to the problem of people's safety in a viral infection is proposed. Developed antiviral table salt with a low content of sodium chloride. Antiviral table salt consists of the following components, mass. %: sodium chloride in the form of instant flake table salt 30-40; dry flowers, roots and leaves of Echinacea purpurea crushed to a dusty state - 40; dry garlic, crushed to a pulverized state - 20-30. Antiviral table salt contains a low content of sodium chloride, components for stimulating the immune system - Echinacea purpurai and garlic. At the same time, antiviral table salt has a salinity identical to that of ordinary table salt. It is recommended for use instead of regular table salt to stimulate the immune system and prevent viral diseases.
