Abstract: The article presents scientific observations on some factors that reduce the negative impact of the quarantine regime and the restrictions imposed in connection with the spread of the global coronavirus, to reduce aggregate demand in the country, employment and income. Non-traditional approaches to the development and assessment of legal, economic and social criteria for forms of self-employment in a recession are proposed.
