Abstract: The article analyzes the consequences of the spread of COVID-19 and its negative impact on the global economy, in particular on Uzbekistan. Based on the statistics of individual states, the features of the fiscal policy of Russia, Germany, and the United States are revealed in the current financial crisis in connection with the pandemic. The measures taken in relation to attracting external loans of such financial institutions as the IMF, the World Bank group, etc.
