Abstract: The potential of plant and living organisms is huge. But it can be used in full only with a deep knowledge of all regulatory processes in a living cell and body, with a detailed study of the influence of external factors on organisms. In the XX century, for the first time in the history of the Earth, man recognized and embraced the entire biosphere, completed the geographical map of the planet Earth, spread over its entire surface. The historical process is changing before our eyes radically. Humanity taken as a whole becomes a powerful geological force. He faced the question of the effective use of the biosphere in the interests of mankind. V.I.Vernadsky called this new state of the biosphere the noosphere. In article the main objectives of the concept of a noosphere in philosophy and a science are considered, and also some provisions of the doctrine of V.I.Vernadsky about value of a noosphere for scientific knowledge are analyzed.
