Abstract: The article considers the change in the functional indicators of the cardiovascular system in athletes involved in rhythmic gymnastics. Studies have shown that systematic motor activity, physical culture and sports have a positive effect on the body of gymnasts, incl. on the circulatory and respiratory organs.
