Abstract: The article discusses the basic principles of the construction of the activities of forensic examination, interrelated with the assessment and control of expert opinion. The conditions for the production of opinions are disclosed, including state forensic activities and activities carried out by non-state experts. Control is represented as a single process in observing the basic principle of the activity of forensic examination through the independence of the expert, in the process of research and conclusions of the expert opinion. The basic criteria for the quality of forensic activity have been established, which determine its indicators in achieving a common goal. The analytical activity of forensic science, as part of the judicial process, determines its dynamism in the sphere of action of procedural requirements for legal proceedings. It seems that a unity of an adaptive nature in the basics of monitoring professional analysis and the results of forensic examination with respect to expert opinion is presented.
Key words: litigation, logistics in the system of planning and control, legal proceedings in the general system of quality control of judicial opinions, production logistics, as a basis for the main characteristics of the quality of the activities of forensic examination.
