Abstract: The results of an in vitro study of the lichen Cladonia arbuscula biomass influence on seed germination and seedlings initial growth of three weed species from the Poaceaee family - Poa annua, Echinochloa crus-galli and Setaria glauca are presented in the paper. The dependence of the allelopathic effect of lichen on weeds on the amount of lichenomass introduced is shown.
