Abstract: The study actualizes the role of the taxonomy of the American psychologist B. Bloom in the activation of the cognitive process. The article is devoted to the analysis of this complex, systematic process of cognition, where the role of representation in the development of its skills and abilities is considered. It also explores the relationship of weakened perception during the pandemic, with COVID-19, which led to indifference, irresponsibility to one's own and others ' health, expressed in the frustration syndrome.
