Abstract: in the article, the authors consider the features of the strategy for the socio-economic development of the Murmansk region in order to ensure favorable conditions for attracting investments, providing comfortable living conditions for the population of these territories. At the same time, in the Murmansk region, it is planned to create territories of advanced development (TOR), namely, an international sea port to ensure efficient transportation of goods transported along the northern sea and railway routes.
