Abstract: The use of a coaching approach to teaching makes it possible to improve the assimilation of educational material, unlocking the potential of strengths and opportunities, building a trusting relationship between a teacher and a student. As a result, it leads to the achievement of the set goals and the improvement of the quality of knowledge among students.
