Abstract: The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the Karakalpak culture, in particular the musical art. It analyzes the interest in the music of Karakalpakstan not only from Uzbekistan, but also from the point of view of world art. A comparison is made of the musical dynasties of world artists and the Karakalpak people, in particular, the Abdullaev dynasty, whose ancestor was Kengesbay Abdullaev.
