Abstract: An additional solution to the safety problem of people with a predisposition to cancer is proposed by using a special prophylactic salt mixture instead of ordinary table salt. The proposed preventive salt mixture consists of the following components, mass. %: sodium chloride in the form of instant flake table salt 30-40; dry seaweed (kelp) pulverized to a pulverized state - 10; dry seaweed "Dunaliella Salina", crushed to a pulverized state - 20; dry blueberry leaves, crushed to a pulverized state 10-20; magnesium citrate 20; sodium selenate - 0.0012 (1.2 mg of sodium selenate per 100 g of sodium chloride); vitamin D - 0.00125 (1 ml of 0.125% solution of ergocalciferol in oil). The salt mixture can be used to add salt to ready-made meals in complex specialized preventive nutrition to reduce the risk of cancer. The proposed prophylactic salt mixture contains components with anticancer properties in amounts calculated for use from 5-6 to 10 g of the salt mixture per day, and these components enhance the anticancer properties of each other, have a general strengthening and healing effect on the whole organism.
