Abstract: Based on the analysis of the incidence of brucellosis for the period from 2005 to 2014, taking into account the epidemic trends in the incidence of people with brucellosis, it is shown that the epidemic situation of brucellosis in the Republic of Kazakhstan is estimated as unstable and requires a detailed analysis with subsequent prediction of the incidence of brucellosis. Currently, for many infectious diseases, changes in a number of clinical and epidemiological traits are observed, due to both the transformation of the biological properties of pathogens and the influence of socio-ecological and economic environmental conditions of macro-and world organisms.
Key words: brucellosis incidence, epidemic situation, prognosis, endemic infection.
