Abstract: For centuries, Islamic traditions have contributed to the formation of unique Muslim culture in Central Asia, interwoven with the rich cultural heritage of the peoples of this region. In turn, this affected the spiritual life of society and left a significant mark on the development of various sciences. In this article, based on sources studied activity of well-known representative of the Yassawiya Tariqa Zangi Ata (Ay-khoja ibn Tash-khoja). It is known that the whole conscious life of Zangi Ata coincided with a period of instability and violence in the region caused by the invasion of the Mongols. It analyzes the modest lifestyle of Zangi Ata as an example to follow and their role in spreading feelings of devotion, courage, patriotism, diligence, honesty, justice, mercy and kindness. Also investigated the role of memorial complex of Zangi Ata in the Islamic culture of Central Asia.
