Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of insomnic violations in the elderly people with chronic brain ischemia, depending on the presence of neuroregetative dysfunction. 163 patients aged 60 to 74 years old (average 67 + 5.8 years) with clinically and laboratory confirmed chronic brain ischemia syndrome (HBI2) (106 (64.4%) of women, 58 (35.6% ) of men) .
