Abstract: It has presented the results of research on micro-propagation oleaster eastern and sea buckthorn in the open. It has revealed the essence of physiological processes and regeneration of adventitious roots in stem cuttings of Loja and sea buckthorn. It has determined the optimal timing harvesting cuttings and trades people in the ground, as well as own rooted Growing oleaster and sea buckthorn.
